North Vernon
Virgil Raymond Worrell Jr., 73, of North Vernon, died at 9 p.m. Sunday, July 9, 2017, at his residence.
Surviving with his wife, Judy Worrell, are sons, Robert (Karrie) Worrell of Granger and Randy (Rhonda) Worrell of Hanover; brother, Michael (Dianne) Worrell of Greenwood; sisters, Karen (Brett) Widdifield of Greenwood and Vi Ann (Jeff) Stapert of Indianapolis; eight grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
A funeral service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Monday at the First Baptist Church in North Vernon. Family and friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Sunday at the Dove-Sharp & Rudicel Funeral Home and Cremation Services and one hour prior to the service Monday at the church. Burial will be in the Vernon Cemetery in Vernon.
Memorials may be made through the funeral home to the First Baptist Church Building Fund or the Good Samaritan Food Pantry.
