A protest by more than 150 people shot down proposed restrictions on recreational vehicle storage during an open house session at Columbus City Hall.

Columbus police looked for connections, culprits and reasons behind vandalism at the Bartholomew County Welfare Department, the state employment office, a drive-in theater and Garland Brook Cemetery where 10 to 15 tombstones were damaged and a family crypt was broken into.
