Maxine Hensley DeGlandon, 98, of North Vernon, died at 4:10 a.m. Sunday, Feb. 7, 2016, at Dearborn County Hospital in Lawrenceburg.
Mrs. DeGlandon is survived by daughters, Barbara Carter of Butlerville, Mary Lou Gootee and Judy (Dale) Shepherd, both of North Vernon, Marg DeGlandon of Nashville and Peggy Lee (Charles) Skinner of Southport, North Carolina; 10 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; two foster great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; and five foster great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Amos Ira DeGlandon, and sons, Stephen Ray and Michael Wayne DeGlandon.
Funeral service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday at Dove-Sharp & Rudicel Funeral Home and Cremation Services in North Vernon. Calling will be from 4 until 8 p.m. Wednesday and one hour prior to the service Thursday. Burial will be at Rush Branch United Methodist Church Cemetery in Jennings County.
