Alice Faye Kissling, 78, of Fort Worth, Texas, died Wednesday, December 21, 2016, at Harrison at the Heritage Health Facility.
For many years while residing in Hope, she owned and operated her own dog grooming and boarding business. She was a member of Order of the Eastern Star and Hope United Methodist Church.
Born April 2, 1938, in Hartford, Kentucky, she was the daughter of Otis and Alma Hoover Rhoades. She married Glenn Kissling August 6, 1954, and he preceded her in death May 28, 2015.
Faye is survived by sons, Bruce (Rosa) Kissling of Fort Worth, Texas, and Brad (Monica) Kissling of Ivanhoe, Texas; grandsons, Tanner (Maury) Kissling, Tyce, Tad Tobi and Tucker Kissling; a brother, Sherdon (Linda) Rhoades of Columbus; and a sister, Thelma Kissling of Hope.
Faye was preceded in death by her parents and husband.
Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at Norman Funeral Home in Hope and the funeral will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Burial will be at Hope Moravian Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society through the funeral home.
