Lyman Carl Kasting, 90, of Seymour, died Tuesday, January 3, 2017, at Schneck Medical Center.
He is survived by his daughter, Marsha (Louis) Abraham; his son, Mark A. Kasting; two grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
His wife, Bobbie Jean, preceded him in death.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at Burkholder Funeral Chapel where the Rev. Ralph Blomenberg will officiate. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home and from 10 a.m. until service time Friday. Burial will take place at Riverview Cemetery following the service.
Memorials can be made to the Immanuel Lutheran Church or Lutheran Community Home.
