John William King, 53, of Carlton, Kentucky, died Jan. 16, 2017, in Carlton.
The funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Jewell-Rittman Family Funeral Home.
Visitation will be from noon until time of service.
Survivors include his son, Shawn King; daughter, Dasha King; brothers, Lindley King of Franklin, Steve King of Kentucky and Larry King of Kentucky; and sisters, Janet Hughes of Kentucky, Linda Burton of Anderson, Kathleen McCarty of Columbus and Mary Burris of Washington.
