Thelma J. Monroe, 69, of Seymour, died at 8 a.m. on April 12, 2017, at her home.
Survivors include her fiancé and companion of 18 years, Jack Klakamp of Freetown; children, David (Juliet) Thompson of Phoenix, Arizona, Robert Brewer of Columbus, Steven Brewer of Richmond, Sarah Baker of Scottsburg and Shawn Brewer of Seymour; siblings, Rosie Scott of Franklin, William (Linda) Daniels of Seymour, Richard Daniels of Brownstown and Roger (Sue) Daniels of Seymour; seven grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
Thelma was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Monroe.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Woodlawn Life Celebration Centre. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will follow services at Winslow Cemetery near Salem.
Memorials can be made at the funeral home to the Hospice of Schneck Medical Center.
