A Columbus man was arrested on possession of child pornography charges last week following an investigation by local authorities.
On July 2, at approximately 3:54 p.m., Bartholomew County Sheriff’s deputies made contact with Trenton M. Rogers, 19, of 1553 Shady Lane, in reference to a Bartholomew County warrant issued for five counts of possession of child pornography.
Rogers was arrested, without incident, and transported to the Bartholomew County Jail, deputies said.
The warrant stemmed from an April 2021 investigation.
Rogers was held at the jail on $50,000 bond. Jail records show he was bonded out on July 3.
