Christopher Carter Louden Sr.

CROTHERSVILLE

Christopher Carter Louden Sr., 51, of Crothersville, passed away at 5:35 p.m. on Tuesday, September 28, 2021, at IU Health Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis.

Born March 27, 1970, in Milton, Kentucky, he was the son of Jim and Mary (Stewart) Fugate.

Christopher was a high school graduate and self-employed brick mason. He enjoyed goat farming, working on cars, remodeling homes, cooking, and spending time with his family.

Survivors include his sons, Christopher Louden Jr. of North Vernon, and Keaton Sprague of Commiskey; daughters, Kristina (Rikk) Taft of Sherman, Texas, Heaven Louden of Sacramento, California, Madison Louden of Columbus, and Kayla (Kyle) Coleman of Vernon; companion, Amanda Peacock of Commiskey; brothers, Sailor Louden of Paris Crossing, Jacobi Stewart of Anderson, and Luke Fugate of North Vernon; sisters, Jessie (Jim) Lang of Madison and Angie (Steve) Cleary of Indianapolis; grandmother, Jessie Stewart of Madison; and twelve grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Jessie Louden; and grandfather, Joe Stewart.

A graveside service for Christopher will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 7, 2021, in the Vernon Cemetery. Arrangements were entrusted to the care of Dove-Sharp & Rudicel Funeral Home and Cremation Service in North Vernon.
