California Angel finishes 11th at Breeders Cup
DEL MAR, Calif. — California Angel finished 11th in the Juvenile Fillies Turf race on Friday at the Breeders Cup in Del Mar, California.
California Angel is owned by Columbus residents Alan and Chris Walsh.
Duncan tied for 25th after third-round 67
RIVIERA MAYA, Mexico — Tyler Duncan fired a 4-under-par 67 to move into a tie for 25th place going into today’s final round of the Worldwide Technology Championship at Mayakoba.
Duncan, a 2008 Columbus North graduate, opened with rounds of 67 and 70 on Thursday and Friday. He sits at 9-under 204 after 54 holes.
Viktor Hovland leads the tournament at 19-under 194. Talor Gooch is two shots back at 17-under 196.
