Columbus High School Class of 1965 is planning a class picnic Saturday, Sept. 24, from 5 to 10 p.m. at the Donner Park Shelter House.
Class President John Dunlap said the picnic committee will supply fried chicken and sliced baked ham as well as paper plates, napkins and plastic ware. Dinner will be served at 6 p.m. As a COVID precaution, organizers said the event will not be a pitch-in, but those attending are asked to bring their choice of personal side dishes and refreshments.
