Teri Lynn Baker, 63, of Edinburgh, passed away November 3, 2022 at her home.
Teri was born January 12, 1959 in Rensselaer, Indiana, the daughter of William Whitesell and Norma Jo Downing Russell. She married David Allen Baker on January 14, 2017, he survives.
Teri loved spending time in the outdoors. She enjoyed fishing, gardening, and camping. Most of all, she enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her husband, her daughter, and her grandchildren.
Teri is survived by her husband; her mother Norma Jo Miller of San Diego, California; her daughter Ami Lynn Whitfield of Columbus; her step-children Dawyne David Baker of Edinburgh, Darren Allen Baker of North Vernon, and Joanna Durham of Edinburgh; a granddaughter Isabella Lynn Jean Abbott; 15 step-grandchildren; a brother Randy (Michelle) Russell of Trafalgar, Indiana; a sister Geri Auxier of Indianapolis; as well as several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father; as well as a brother Rodger Russell.
The funeral will be at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, November 9, 2022 at the Jewell – Rittman Family Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the funeral service. Burial will be at Garland Brook Cemetery.
