Miles recorded five solo and two assist tackles, including one tackle-for-loss and one quarterback hurry, despite being double-teamed most of the game, in Friday’s 49-14 sectional final loss to Center Grove.

His performance last week: “I thought I did pretty well fighting through the double teams and holding down the middle.”

Do you do anything special to prepare? “I practice with the same amount of intensity and just get ready for the week.”

Juliann Woodard

Woodard posted 32 points and 15 rebounds in a 60-48 win over Scottsburg, 22 points and 10 rebounds in a 66-36 win against North Harrison and 11 points and 12 rebounds in a 49-40 win against Charlestown.

Her performance last week: “We’re 3-0, and winning is always important.”
