The Jennings County seventh- and eighth-grade girls basketball teams swept Silver Creek on Thursday.
The seventh-grade defeated the Dragons 34-17. Aniston Kent led the Panthers with 12 points, eight rebounds and four steals, while Lydia Martin added 10 points and six steals.
The eighth-grade beat Silver Creek 49-22. Aylah Belding led Jennings with 12 points, while Etta Young, Addi Petro and Milly Gresham all added 10.
The seventh-grade was coming off a 37-26 win against Bedford on Tuesday. Kent led the Panthers with 16 points, 14 rebounds, four steals and one block, while Martin added 13 points and six steals.
The eighth-grade fell to Bedford 28-21. Young scored eight points, and Belding added seven.
