South Decatur falls in final
OSGOOD — South Decatur beat Waldron 5-1 in Monday’s semifinals before falling to North Decatur 8-4 in the Jac-Cen-Del Sectional final.
The Cougars finish the season 17-8.
Shiners top Trinity
MADISON — Trinity Lutheran saw its season come to an end with an 8-0 loss to Rising Sun in the Shawe Memorial Sectional final.
Sage Broughton, Levi Coomler, Drake Goodpaster and Nathan Voelker made the All-Sectional team for the Cougars (13-16).
