All ready-to-eat potentially hazardous foods must be date labeled if held more than one day. Chorizo stored in cooler is not date labeled but is growing mold. All potentially hazardous foods that were ready-to-eat must be used or disposed of within seven days.

No consumer advisory found. Food contact surfaces of utensils and equipment must be kept clean to the sight and touch. The can opener blade is soiled with an accumulation of dried food particles. Handwashing sink shall be kept clean at all times. The handwashing sink in the kitchen is soiled.
