Atmus Filtration, formerly Cummins’ filtration business, beats analyst expectations in its first quarter since going public

COLUMBUS, Ind. — Cummins’ former filtration business beat analyst expectations during its first quarter since going public as a standalone company earlier this year.

Atmus Filtration Technologies Inc., headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee, reported Wednesday $414 million in revenue during the April-June period, up from $393 million during the same period last year, according to filings with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

Earnings were 63 cents per share when adjusted for one-time gains and costs, up from 60 cents per share during the second quarter last year, the company said.

By comparison, analysts had expected Atmus Filtration Technologies to bring in $400.75 million in revenue and report earnings of 48 cents per share.

The Nashville-based company said it expects full-year 2023 revenue to be $1.58 billion to $1.63 billion.
