The scoop used to dispense cooked fries is stored in the crack between two pieces of equipment. This could allow contamination of food. Food contact surfaces of equipment and utensils must be kept clean to the sight and touch. The nozzles on the soft drink dispenser are soiled with an accumulation of a mold-like substance. Dishes and utensils must be sanitized immediately after being washed and rinsed. The dishwashing machine is not dispensing sanitizing agent because the container is empty. There is not another container of sanitizing agent in the establishment. Until such time as the dishwashing machine is supplied with sanitizing agent, all dishes and utensils must be sanitized in the three-compartment sink using a proper concentration of sanitizing agent. Working containers used to store poisonous or toxic materials must be clearly labeled with the common name of their contents. A spray bottle of cleaning agent was not properly labeled.
