GREENSBURG — South Decatur led 3-2 after one inning Tuesday, but Trinity Lutheran scored 11 times in the second, five in the third and five more in the fifth to claim a 23-5, five-inning softball victory.
Addi Burcham went 4 for 5 with two RBIs for Trinity (2-0). Zoey Delaney went 2 for 2 with a triple, Grace Lance went 2 for 2, Addison Keaton went 2 for 3 with a double and three RBIs, and Olivia Cain went 2 for 3 with three RBIs.
Delaney Caplinger went 2 for 2 for South Decatur. Lydia Witkemper and Molly Eden each went 2 for 3.
