BLOOMINGTON — Columbus East outhit Bloomington South 10-6 Friday, but the Panthers scored four unearned runs in handing the Olympians an 8-5 defeat.
Bige Asher went 3 for 4 for the Olympians (5-13). Logan Warren went 2 for 3 with a double, Evan Huckaby went 2 for 3 and Jackson Watkins went 2 for 4 with a double.
JD Rotert, Asher and AJ Tindell combined on a six-hitter.
