Rachell Ann Campbell, 33, of Seymour, died at 8 a.m. Tuesday, March 1, 2016, at her residence.
Survivors include her sons, Gage, Seth and Benjamin McWilliams all of Seymour; her father, Robert B. Campbell Sr. of Bellefontaine, Ohio; her mother, Catherine (Randy) Hobbs of North Vernon; brother, Robert B. Campbell Jr. of Bellefontaine, Ohio; sisters, Billie Campbell of Sidney, Ohio, and Lucinda (John) Stinemetz of Raymond, Ohio.
Cremation is planned with a Memorial service to be conducted at a later date. Dove-Sharp & Rudicel Funeral Home and Cremation Services were entrusted with the care of arrangements.
