Options Counselors work within the ADRC (Aging and Disability Resources Center) at Thrive Alliance.  This department provides educational information through community outreach and individual conversations regarding issues that effect the lives of older adults and disabled of any age.  Serving as the single entry point for individuals in need of long-term care supports, ADRC provides options counseling to assist in meeting their needs.

Options Counselors either provide phone or field counseling.  Phone Counselors primarily work taking calls and providing information and assistance.  Field Counselors take this another step by doing in-home assessments (currently done by phone due to the pandemic) to determine eligibility for services.  Once completed, these individuals are processed and turned over to Care Managers for long-term support.

Summary:
This position is in an extremely high volume paint shop with never ending and consistent work. We are a team based company that believes in developing and training our associates and working towards a team goal everyday. This position will be responsible for all production of the auto body, paint shop and quality control departments on our 2nd shift.

2nd shift hours: 3pm - 11:30pm, Monday - Friday (shift differential pay available)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
● Adheres to Company safety rules and policies
● While working along side of the employees and completing hands-on work, the Supervisor will also oversee all production of the auto body, paint shop and quality control department
  â—‹ Coordinate and push production
  â—‹ Audit quality of completed work
  â—‹ Continually develop the team skills and technique
  â—‹ Effectively handle minor personnel issues and escalate all issue

SUMMARY:

Receives, stores, and distributes products in refrigerated and/or frozen rooms within a warehouse established by performing the following duties.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

ï‚· Reads shipping order and/or picking order to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed.
ï‚· Positions forks and/or other lifting devices under or over loaded pallets and transports same to designated warehouse areas and/or storage racks by operating electric-powered forklifts or electric-powered hand-trucks.
ï‚· Loads and/or unloads product items and other materials onto and off pallets, skids, or lifting devices.
ï‚· Sorts and places materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence

Summary:
This position will include moving vehicles around the customer location. This position will also have the
opportunity to learn different aspects of automotive reconditioning such as wheel repair, exterior car
detailing, paint prepper/masking tech work, if desired.

1st shift hours: 7:00am - 3:30pm, Monday - Friday
2nd shift hours: 5:00pm - 3:00am, Monday - Thursday

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

● Adheres to Company safety rules and policies
● Safely drive and operate vehicle at all times while obeying all traffic laws
● Inspect and monitor vehicle
● Use hand held device for photographs, log-in/log-out vehicles and customer information
● Navigate a variety of routes throughout the areas while adhering to a time schedule
● Must be comfortable moving vehicles and working in inclement weather (i.e. wind, rain, snow, heat, etc.)
● Help with the Wheel Repair Department, as neede

Plainfield, IN

1st shift 7am-4pm *Mandatory OT/ Schedule can and will change. $14/hr.

Must have experience with standup FT and must pass observation test prior to starting.

Indianapolis West

1st shift 6 AM to 3 PM - $16 to $16.50/hr.

Machine Operator positions for an Indianapolis West Side Rebar Fabricator.

Desired skills include:
Machine operation Fork-lift operation

Crane operation

2 years of industrial manufacturing experience (preferred but not required)

Valid driver’s license required

Ability to read general shop instruction

Basic Math Aptitude

Requires standing and intermittent light lifting

Ability/willingness to be cross trained to perform various functions (i.e.: Crane, shear, & bender operation) is required

Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check

Specific duties include: Operate overhead crane Operate production binding equipment. Steel toe shoes are required.

Indianapolis West

1st shift 7am-3:30pm - $14/hr.

Someone with packing experience that can work with loud noises, good attendance is a must. Ability to work well with others and ability to be cross trained. Retrieve finished product, check that it is in good condition and pack them for shipment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Set up and prepare supplies and equipment for operation.
• Operate the converting and packaging equipment in the department.

• Perform packaging functions.

• Maintain finished product quality standards by observation, sampling and operating equipment necessary to monitor product quality.  Take any necessary corrective action.
