About 700 area residents paid one-time $90 membership fees to join the Columbus Food Co-op in opening a cooperative grocery store.

Area children from Lincoln, Mount Healthy, Rockcreek, Schmitt and Taylorsville elementary schools, the five local Recreation and Enrichment Program for Students program sites, decorated Christmas trees along The Commons mezzanine.
